Welcome to Fresh Take.

I began Fresh Take with the hopes of collecting all of the ideas in my brain and creating a little corner of the internet for them. Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, I work in the marketing and communications industry. I am a huge dog lover. I have one of my own and foster rescues from the south until they find their forever home. I work primarily from home, and I am always changing up my office space. I try to meal prep healthy meals every week, and I hope to share some of them with you! I am also a huge reader (Kindle unlimited fans, let me hear you!), and I am always looking for recommendations.

Everyone has shaping moments that they hold close to their heart. I believe the things that I have been through have given me a Fresh Take on life. Whether it be career tips, home decor, or health and wellness advice, I hope I can share my fresh takes with you.
